Requests without payment
An order or consultation request collects no payment. It can be withdrawn by contacting the store operator; no refund is due for an unpaid request.
Earlier paid orders
For a paid order, keep the order reference and contact the operator if an item is damaged, incorrect or missing. Any approved refund follows the original payment method.
Consumer rights
Nothing here removes rights available under applicable consumer law.
